| Job Description: Director, Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting.......$150k + bonus
Our client is a rapidly growing, global company located just outside of Boston. This newly created position will be responsible for developing and presenting new accounting policies and enhancing existing policies for this emerging industry. Offer recommendations on appropriate accounting treatment for various business transactions. In addition, you will be responsible for the financial reporting (including SEC reporting) process.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical accounting background, SEC reporting experience, CPA (preferred) and 10 + years of related experience in public accounting and/or private industry.
