| Job Description: The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for several key areas of analysis, forecasting and planning within the FP&A group. Primary areas of accountability include Corporate Services reporting, forecasting and budgeting; forecast consolidation and reporting; Investor Relations / Earnings Call support; Senior Management reporting and analytics

· Enterprise-wide consolidated actual and forecast reporting/analysis for publication into several key areas:
Enterprise Reporting package
Senior Management Operations Teams summary / Quarterly Business Reviews
Quarterly Earnings Call
Quarterly Board of Director’s package
Annual Investor Day
Other
· Primary owner of the Corporate Service group’s annual budgeting process for a ~$170M plan.
· Provide ongoing financial support to the Corporate Service group (e.g. Finance, HR, Executive, etc) including P&L analysis, forecasting and the development and presentation of monthly financial reviews.
· Participate in monthly business unit financial reviews.
· Provide key financial analysis support for the quarterly Earnings Call including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow analysis and forecasting.
· Participate in the future design and implementation of next generation budgeting and reporting tool.
· Performing special projects as required.
REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA preferred.
· 5+ years experience in the area of budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
· The ideal candidate will have experience with Enterprise reporting tools (e.g. Oracle Financial Analyzer, Hyperion, Cognos).
· Additionally, the ideal candidate will have the ability to analyze problems, actively strategize and participate in developing innovative solutions, have good attention to detail, solid organization skills, the ability to teamwork and good communication skills.
· In addition, this position requires strong Excel, Word and Power Point skills.
